Food Taipei is an international trade show for food producers and manufacturers to launch their products into the Taiwan and Asian food market. The show features a comprehensive range of food, equipment, technologies and packaging from the food industry. Businesses are also given the opportunity to meet and connect with buyers and decision makers.

Exhibitor profile includes fresh fruit and vegetables, preserved fruits and vegetables, poultry, seafood, meat and processed meat products, edible oils, dairy products, organic and vegetarian food, frozen prepared food, canned food, baked food, biscuits, wine and liquor, coffee and tea, juice and soft drinks, condiments and confectionary, and ice cream.

Events held during the show includes the Food Taipei Forum, Healthy Eating, Active Living, Travel by Palate, Yummy Map, Product Launch Showcase and Procurement Meetings. The Food Taipei Forum will cover current food trends and future food such as plant-based alternatives, clean and sustainable alternative fat, sustainable packaging materials, food ecological sustainability and digital innovation.

Food Taipei 2023 will be held from 14 to 17 June 2023 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Centre in Taipei, Taiwan. The show will be open from 10:00am to 6:00pm on 14 to 16 June and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on 17 June. Food Taipei will also be held concurrently with Food Tech Taipei, Bio/Pharmatech Taiwan, Taipei Pack and Taiwan HORECA.
