Thaifex-Anuga Asia is Asia’s largest and most complete food and beverage trade show, and is one of the leading trade platforms in uniting leading and emerging F&B industry players. The annual exhibition will feature the latest innovations in the F&B industry, newest food technologies, culinary delights and more.  

At Thaifex-Anuga, exhibitors are presented with unique opportunities to connect and forge relationships with Thailand and international businesses, including top F&B buyers in the industry. For their upcoming exhibition, Thaifex-Anuga is expected to attract 1,603 exhibitors from 36 countries and regions, and 51,535 trade visitors from 111 countries. There will be eleven trade shows at Thaifex-Anuga, which includes coffee and tea, food service, sweets and confectionary, fruits and vegetables, fine food, food technology, drinks, meat, frozen food, rice and seafood.

Thaifex-Anuga has partnered with Innova Market Insights to analyse the food trends that will be seen in Thaifex-Anuga Asia 2023. Food trends businesses should focus on are alternative meat proteins, halal food, ready-to-eat products, clean label, organic products, sustainably produced or packaged products, franchises, plant-based proteins or foods, superfoods, functional and free-from products, and private labels.

Several shows and programmes will also be held during the exhibition, such as Thaifex-Anuga Future Food Market, Thaifex-Anuga Halal Market, Thaifex-Anuga Organic Market, Thaifex-Anuga Startup, Thaifex-Anuga Trend Zone, Thaifex-Anuga tasteInnovation Show, Future Food Experience and iKitchen. Businesses can get inspired at the panel discussions and workshops, as well as observe the current and future trends in the F&B industry.

Thaifex-Anuga Asia 2023 will be held on 23 to 27 May 2023 at Impact Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand. The exhibition will be open for trade visitors from 10:00am to 6:00pm on 23-27 May, and for public visitors from 10:00am to 8:00pm on 27 May. On 24 May, the Malaysian companies exhibiting at the Malaysia Business Group pavilion were honoured by a visit from H.E. Datuk Jojie Samuel, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Thailand, Encik Hafiz, the Trade Commissioner of MATRADE Bangkok and the Malaysian delegation. Datuk Jojie graciously took the time to explore their offerings, sample their products, and engage in conversations with individuals in their designated areas.
