Food and Hotel Indonesia (FHI) in Jakarta is an international trade fair for hotels, catering equipment, food and drink. In the year 2019, the exhibition hosted over 31,000 trade visitors from 41 countries. Main product categories featured at FHI includes bakery, pastry and gelato, coffee and tea, food and beverage, foodservice and hospitality equipment, hospitality design and supplies, hospitality technology, and wines, spirits and alcoholic drinks.

At FHI, exhibitors are able to showcase their new innovations, business ideas, trends and technologies for the hospitality industry in Indonesia and other regions. Visitors also receive the chance to learn from experts in the industry, as well as network with the world’s best chefs and barista in the regionwide championships.

FHI hosted several events and competitions throughout the exhibition, giving businesses the opportunity to hone and expand their skills. The Javaroma ASEAN Barista Team Championship was held at the exhibition, currently the largest barista championship in Southeast Asia, with 16 participating ASEAN countries. FHI also hosted the 12^th Salon Culinaire and Tea Masters Cup Indonesia competitions.

FHI has set their sights on encouraging innovation in the culinary and hospitality industry as well as maintaining industry standards to sustain business growth.
