HOFEX is Asia’s Leading Food and Hospitality Tradeshow, bringing together food industry experts from all around the world. With 34 years of history, HOFEX has achieved an impressive reputation, playing host to over 12 exhibiting countries. For their upcoming exhibition, HOFEX is expected to attract over 2,000 exhibitors and brands, and 30,000 visitors.

As HOFEX is a global event for F&B traders, exhibitors will be able to meet many high-quality buyers from top companies. HOFEX is renowned for their wide selection of food and beverage products from all over the world. Aside from local food products, visitors can find a variety of exotic foods from international pavilions, such as the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Spain, Taiwan, Latvia, Nordic, Belarus, Georgia and more.

Apart from food and beverage, HOFEX will also be featuring other sectors such as bakery and confectionary, coffee, kitchen equipment and catering supplies, tableware and hospitality supplies, hospitality technology, and wine. As Hong Kong is Asia’s number one wine trading and distribution hub, the exhibition will be hosting ProWine Hong Kong, an international trade fair for wine and spirits.

Several onsite events will be held during the exhibition, which includes Hong Kong International Culinary Classics (HKICC), coffee competitions, cocktail challenges, and wine forums. In addition to that, HOFEX will be hosting conferences, seminars and workshops, which would help inspire businesses and encourage them to expand their horizons.

Besides that, exhibitors and visitors will get the opportunity to develop global perspectives by exchanging insights with market leaders and industry experts. HOFEX 2023 will be held on 10 to 12 May 2023 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The exhibition will be open from 10:30am to 6:30pm on Wednesday to Thursday, and from 10:30am to 5:00pm on Friday.
