Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place noodle into boiling water (100°C) for 7 minutes for board noodle. (3-4 min for thin noodles).
  2. Place the boiled noodle into cold water to soak for 15 sec.
  3. Drain the cold water, soak the cooled noodle into hot water for 15 sec.
  4. Drain the hot water, add seasoning to noodle, stir well and serve immediately.
