Cooking Instructions:
- Place noodle into boiling water (100°C) for 7 minutes for board noodle. (3-4 min for thin noodles).
- Place the boiled noodle into cold water to soak for 15 sec.
- Drain the cold water, soak the cooled noodle into hot water for 15 sec.
- Drain the hot water, add seasoning to noodle, stir well and serve immediately.
