MATRADE Digital Trade Platform (MDTP) is an integrated digital platform, designed to support and facilitate small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) entry into the international trade market. MDTP will also boost the nation’s trade competitiveness, address export challenges and enhance MATRADE deliverables to stakeholders.

MDTP features the Virtual Engagement Platform, MATRADE Marketplace, Marketplace Aggregator and Smart Trade Facilitation Platform. The Virtual Engagement Platform is a digital hub for the exchange of information and communication between Malaysian exporters, foreign importers and other stakeholders. The platform will also host online B2B events and programmes such as virtual exhibitions, virtual B2B meetings, pitching sessions, webinars and more.

Meanwhile, MATRADE Marketplace is an online marketplace for Malaysian exporters to offer their goods and services, and is catered to the B2B and B2C segments. The Marketplace Aggregator connects Malaysian exporters to global marketplaces. Finally, the Smart Trade Facilitation System will process and analyse all market and trade data from MDTP for Malaysian exporters.
