As the General Manager of Spices & Seasonings Specialities Sdn Bhd, Wendy Ng helms leading brands including Ibumie, Telly and Lingham that export to 30 countries as well as total to a headcount of 260 and an annual turnover of RM120 million.

The certified chartered accountant has her career roots in finance; she is also a member of the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia. Yet her expertise proved more expansive – Ng’s 24 years in the manufacturing industry took her through multiple departments, such Sales and Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR and Admin, Procurement and IT.

With her vast experience, Ng is passionate to teach and nurture the younger generation of skilled talents to unlock their best potential.
