Michael Yap is the Founder and Managing Director of Green House Ingredients, a solution provider for food flavouring and food colouring. A master creator and innovator in taste and application, Yap birthed an evolution in baking by creatively improving ‘emulco’, which is a liquid made with concentrated flavouring combined with food colouring.

Green House Ingredient’s emulco range is unique: it comes in over 20 natural flavour profiles and is formulated with excellent solvents that help to retain moisture and aroma in baked goods. Believing that innovation drives growth, Yap has led his R&D team to develop over 100 food flavours and other new products that are instrumental in building customer loyalty and the Green House Ingredients’ business runway.
