White peppercorns is known as ‘Lada Putih’ in Malay and ‘ ⽩胡椒’ in Chinese. The taste of white pepper is brighter, sharper, more herbaceous but is less complex with fewer flavor notes than black pepper. White pepper powder has the advantage of the more aesthetically pleasing result.
