PESTA ® Flavoured Drink Base (375ml)
It is a strong flavoured concentrated which is suitable for food service operation. For instance, they use rose and sweet corn flavor to mix with condensed milk, sugar and water to produce “Air Bandung” which is very popular among Malays. It is also recommended as an ingredient for cakes and desserts.
Directions : Dissolve 120 g sugar in 500 ml water, stir in 33 ml Pesta ® Flavoured Drink Base of desired flavour and add water to a final volume of 1000 ml to your desire taste.
