Bestari Fried Chicken Coating (Garlic 150g)
1KG Bestari Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder can fry approximately 3kg of Chicken.
Preparation and Storage:
- Mix chicken with Bestari® Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder and water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Coat chicken again with Bestari® Fried Chicken Coating Mix powder.
- Fry the coated chicken at oil temperature 180°C until golden brown colour. Ready to serve.
