ES Sure Rasa Palm Sugar (Gula Melaka)
Palm sugar is a sweetener that made from the sap present in the flower buds of the coconut palm tree which boil down to a concentrated form. It then poured into traditional bamboo tubes which gives it the identical cylindrical shape. The flavour is warm with golden caramel and buttery tones.
