Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 Returns as the Biggest Event in a Decade

Monday, 16 March 2026

Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA), Asia’s Premier International Food and Hospitality event, will return from 21 to 24 April 2026 at the Singapore EXPO, with Mr. Alvin Tan, Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as the Guest of Honour. The 2026 edition of FHA combines FHA F&B (Food & Beverage) and FHA HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) into a single integrated event, and will also be held alongside ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia. By bringing these events together, it serves as a one-stop platform for F&B professionals and industry leaders across Asia to connect with international suppliers, build business relationships, and explore the latest market developments and trends.

FHA 2026 will feature 18 segments covering the entire range of the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. Key food and beverage segments include Fresh Produce, Convenience Food, Fine Food, Halal, Seafood, and Wine & Spirits. Meanwhile, the HoReCa show will highlight the expanded Coffee, Tea, and Bar segments, along with Bakery, Pastry & Gelato, and Foodservice Technology, and more.

Approximately 2,750 exhibitors, including 76 group pavilions representing over 50 countries and regions, are expected to participate in the event, alongside 80,000 attendees from more than 115 countries. Of these exhibitors, over 38% are participating for the first time, showcasing more than 800,000 products, brands, and innovations. As 80% of the exhibitors are international, the European Union will be featured as the Region of Honour, showcasing its exceptional offerings.

The event will also be introducing FutureFWD, a four-day event showcasing next-generation solutions designed to transform operations and customer experiences across hospitality, foodservice, retail, and technology. Additionally, FHA will be collaborating with Indusfood for the inaugural international launch of IndusFood Asia 2026. Supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, this partnership combines two leading platforms to strengthen Asia’s food and beverage trade while highlighting India’s innovative and thriving F&B sector to a global audience.

Another key highlight of FHA 2026 is the Young Chefs Grand Prix, a premier competition for culinary talents aged 25 and under, attracting more than 300 participants from over ten countries. The competition tests creativity and adaptability through activities such as an ingredient-sourcing relay and a live cook-off. It is organised in collaboration with the Singapore Chefs Association and the Singapore Junior Chefs Club, and is endorsed by Worldchefs. This event will be taking place alongside other popular competitions, including the FHA Bakery Challenge, FHA Dessert Challenge, and the Asian Pastry Cup.

FHA’s newly expanded Coffee, Tea, and Bar segment now features bar equipment and solutions, reflecting the growing trend of cafés and restaurants across ASEAN incorporating bar-style beverages such as craft cocktails, cold brew taps, and mixology-inspired presentations. Featured manufacturers include Cimbali, Bravilor Bonamat, Melitta, Bunn-O-Matic, Mazzer, Nuova Ricambi, Fiamma, Barsetto, Moseener, and Joper, showcasing premium coffee machines, grinders, and roasting equipment. Complementing this lineup are top syrup and beverage brands such as DaVinci Gourmet, Monin, Shott Beverages, 1883 Maison Routin, and Australian Fruit Juice, presenting innovative solutions designed to elevate drink creation and beverage service in the hospitality sector.

Fresh Produce is another featured segment, reinforcing the event as the premier platform for sourcing fresh, frozen, processed, and value-added potato products. The event brings together leading potato product producers such as McCain, Simplot, Agristo, Iscon Balaji, VLAM Potato, Papatos, McPatel, Funwave, Bizz Corporation, and Comfortly Food. Besides that, the Dairy segment will feature global dairy manufactures renowned for innovation and quality, which includes Elle & Vire, Lactalis, Sodiaal, Fonterra, Urenholt, Ingredia, VLAM Dairy, US Dairy Export Council, Saputo, Sterilgarda, AHDB Dairy, ZZA Mozzarella, Vandersterre, DMK, Molkerei Ammerland, and Ehrmann.

FHA 2026 will feature a series of seminars designed to spark bold conversations and drive meaningful change across the food and hospitality industries. The FHA Mainstage brings together industry leaders and pioneers to examine trends shaping Asia’s food and hospitality future, covering topics such as consumer shifts, investment landscapes, and innovations in food safety and health. The FutureFWD Seminar bridges hospitality, foodservice, retail, and technology, focusing on digital innovation, sustainability, and evolving consumer expectations. Finally, the Sustainability Summit gathers innovators and changemakers to explore solutions from alternative proteins to low-carbon hospitality, turning ideas into impact for people, business, and the planet.
