Malaysia International Halal Showcase (MIHAS) is the world’s number one platform for sourcing halal products and services. Established in 2004, MIHAS first started as a local consumer fair initiated by the private sector. A year later, Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) took over and started to organize MIHAS, transforming it into an international trade fair by 2007.

Since its inception, MIHAS has generated USD 4.71 billion in sales, and has attracted 446, 172 trade visitors and 9,884 exhibitors. Visitors at MIHAS includes buyers from the manufacturing industry, importers, exporters and distributors, horeca, airlines and airports, hypermarkets and retail, and others. Exhibited sectors includes food and beverage, food tech, pharmaceuticals, education, modest fashion, services and enablers, Islamic finance, media and recreation, e-commerce, franchise, cosmetics and personal care, Muslim-friendly travel and Islamic arts and crafts.

MIHAS will be showcasing over 1.5 million different types of products and services for attendees to discover and explore. Attendees will also get the opportunity to meet and connect with the biggest halal producers in the world. Besides that, there will be several conferences and seminars featuring key industry leaders at the knowledge hub.

The 19^th Malaysia International Halal Showcase will be held on 12 to 15 September, 2023 at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. The exhibition will be open from 10:00am to 7:00pm. MIHAS 2023 will also be a hybrid event, and will be conducted through a virtual and physical platform.
