SIAL China is a leading annual trade fair for the food and beverage industry held concurrently with SIAL Wine World and bringing together more than 100,000 visitors yearly. SIAL China is expected to surpass those numbers by attracting even more international visitors, including decision makers, major industry players and media representatives.

SIAL China has attracted exhibitors from 34 countries, and 21 provinces in China. Exhibitor sectors include confectionary, health food and diet products, grocery products, meat, frozen products, and delicatessen. Visitors and exhibitors will get the opportunity to find partners and subcontractors, explore new products and find out about the new trends and market developments in the F&B industry.

Ten thematic forums were held during the exhibition, which includes New Retail Summit, International Meat Conference, Global Dairy Forum and Food Supply Chain Forum. Representatives from various countries and regions around the world and executives from emerging food brands, large F&B corporations also shared their opinions and perspectives on core issues such as nutrition and health food, alternative proteins, carbon neutrality, product innovation and the food supply chain upgrade.
