ISM Middle East, formerly known as Yummex, is the leading exhibition for producers and manufacturers of sweets, confectionary and snacks. Experts and newcomers in the industry will have the chance to showcase their products and innovations to businesses in the MENA region and other countries around the world.

This year, ISM Middle East will be featuring seven sectors, which includes chocolate, confectionary, desserts, snack foods, ice creams, fine bakery, and dates and date palm products. More than 300 exhibitors from over 40 countries are expected at ISM Middle East, including Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the UK, Korea, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Thailand, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey and others.

Exhibitors will get the opportunity to meet top buyers and experts in the industry such as caterers, executive chefs, fine dining restaurants, high end corporate gift producers, HoReCa professionals, theme park airlines, hoteliers and more. ISM Middle East also acts as a platform for businesses to network and seal business deals. Businesses will be able to build their brand and widen their trade circle across the MENA region.

Key events held during the exhibition are the Global Date Market, ISM Newcomer and New Product Showcase. At the Global Date Market, suppliers of date and date palm products across the MENA region will be able to connect with international buyers. Meanwhile, the ISM Newcomer is an area for industry newcomers to present themselves to the international buyers’ market. Visitors will also be able to learn about the newest trends shaping the industry at the New Product Showcase.

ISM Middle East will be held on 8 to 10 November 2022 at Dubai World Trade Centre, located at Za’abeel Halls 5 to 6. The exhibition will be open from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Tuesday to Wednesday, and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Thursday.

ISM Middle East will also be co-located with Gulfood Manufacturing, Private Label and Licensing Middle East, the Specialty Food Festival and Gulfhost.
