Fine Food Australia is one of the leading trade fairs in Australia, and showcases the latest products from the food, beverage and hospitality industry. Businesses attending Fine Food Australia are given the opportunity to raise their brand awareness to customers in the Australia region and beyond, and stay informed about new trends in the market and industry. 

At the show, exhibitors were able to meet quality decisions makers from the retail, food service and hospitality industry. They were also given the opportunity to demonstrate their products to buyers looking for the latest solutions to meet a changed consumer demand. Besides that, exhibitors are able to build rapport with potential customers and educate them on their product and service offering. Exhibitors can also connect with their industry peers and forge new business relationships.

Fine Food Australia exhibited sectors includes bakery products, confectionary, alcoholic drinks, foodservice products, frozen food and ice cream, natural and organic products, coffee, convenience foods, condiments and sauces, dairy products, gourmet food, meat and poultry, gluten-free food and others.

Events held during Fine Food Australia includes the Talking Shop and Talking Trends speaker sessions, Source Kitchen education series, and food demonstrations. There were also culinary competitions, which includes Nestlè Golden Chef’s Hat, ACF Culinary Challenge, Bake Skills and the Official Great Aussie Pie Competition.
