Food and Hotel Vietnam (FHV) is an international food and drinks, bakery, restaurants, hotel, catering and equipment, supplies and services exhibition. The exhibition held their 10^th anniversary in Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre, from 24^th to 26^th April, 2019.

FHV 2019 attracted 466 exhibitors from 36 countries and regions, and 13,726 visitors. Countries that visited the exhibition includes Ireland, Poland, Belgium, Canada, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Korea, Malaysia, United States, Russia, France, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, China and Australia.

Exhibitor profiles for food and drink includes chilled and frozen food, confectionary, dairy products, drinks and beverages, fresh produce, ingredients, meat and poultry, processed food, convenience food, seafood, snacks and ice cream, specialty food, and wine, spirits and beers. Meanwhile, exhibitor profiles for hospitality equipment and supplies includes bakery and confectionary equipment, bar and coffee equipment and supplies, packaging equipment, storage and refrigeration, and many more.

Several events were held in conjunction with FHV, such as conferences and seminars hosted by industry experts, Vietnam Culinary Challenge, SCA Barista Skills Foundation, Barista and Coffee Experience Program, Pizza Workshop, and live demonstrations.

FHV 2019 has displayed a significant growth from its last edition, showcasing an impressive array of products from all over the world. Visitors would get the opportunity to see the latest and newest innovative products in the industry.
