China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is the largest modernized exhibition centre in Asia. Located on Pazhou Island in Guangzhou, China, it is the perfect integration of humanistic concepts, green ecology and state-of-the-art technologies.

Founded in 1957, Canton Fair is held in Guangzhou every spring and autumn. It is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Guangdong Province, and undertaken by the China Foreign Trade Centre. Canton Fair has been an important contributor in facilitating international trade, promoting internal and external connectivity, and economic development.

Canton Fair has established trade relations with more than 220 countries and regions around the world. The cumulative export transaction is about 1.5 trillion US dollars, and the cumulative number of overseas buyers is about 9 million. It has effectively promoted the trade exchanges and friendly exchanges between China and other countries in the world.

Canton Fair will be scaling to new heights in the future, by making new and bigger contributions to China’s trade industry, and encouraging mutually beneficial cooperation and sustainable development.
